Election of the Advisory Board of our WEEE Guarantee System

The Advisory board of our WEEE Guarantee System (GSA) is due to be elected between 7th and 22th May 2024. The Advisory Board keeps a constant eye on our customers’ interests and ensures that the design of the guarantee system takes these into account. The board ensures that Bitkom Compliance Solutions fulfils all its duties as the administrator of the guarantee system, and in addition it serves in as advisor.

The composition of the new Advisory Board is determined by the participants of the GSA every two years. Nominations can now be submitted. Please return the completed form by post or by mail by midday of 16th April 2024 to Bitkom Servicegesellschaft (to Stefanie Kutzera).

According to the electoral regulations, only representatives of companies that do not offer a guarantee within the meaning of § 7 Para. 1 ElektroG, themselves or through others, can be elected onto the Advisory Board.
