The categorisation of LED-stripes is from now on consistent: they all fall under the type of equipment 5.2 “Lamps and other lighting or equipment for the purpose of spreading or controlling light”.
The allocation might have been different in the past, depending on whether the product was connected to a power supply or not. This differentiation doesn’t apply anymore.
Please contact us if you sell LED-stripes, which are at the moment registered in another type of equipment than 5.2 “Lamps and other lighting or equipment for the purpose of spreading or controlling light”.
