Service for electronic devices: Up-to-date proof of guarantee required for 2020
Every year, stiftung EAR requires companies that sell electronic equipment in the B2C sector to provide a valid guarantee for their WEEE-Registration in Germany. The guarantees for 2020 can be now submitted in the EAR-Portal. If this guarantee is not updated, the ElektroG prohibits the sale of the company’s products.
Information for our customers:
The guarantee goes by the volume of electrical and electronic equipment you expect to sell in 2020 (so called planned quantity). In order to submit your guarantee on time, please let us know your planned quantity. You can simply send us an email. The necessary documents are in our downlaod area.
