Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister publishes notes on implementing the Packaging Act

The new Packaging Act comes into force on 1st January 2019. The central authority “Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister” has now released guidelines (in German) for implementing the new Packaging Act next year:

• „How-To-Guide“
• „The 10 most important questions for the implementation of the Packaging Act“

These guidelines are supposed to help the companies, organisers and multipliers concerned to understand and fulfil their duties under the new laws. In addition they offer concrete practical recommendations concerning the necessary steps to be taken.
